Description: Epic Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Operating Room team. This is a top-tier opportunity for an LPN who is passionate about providing exceptional surgical care and enhancing patient outcomes.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:Prepare patients for surgical procedures by assessing their condition, planning appropriate care, and ensuring they are informed about the process.Provide intraoperative care by assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the patient.
• Postoperative Care:Monitor patients in the recovery room, manage pain control, and provide post-surgical instructions to patients and their families.Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a seamless transition from surgery to recovery.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Participate in preoperative briefings and postoperative debriefings to enhance team communication and performance.
• Safety and Compliance:Adhere to strict infection control policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

LPN Requirements:

• Licensure:Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State.
• Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room or surgical setting preferred.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and surgical documentation.
• Skills:Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
