General Nurse Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Reporting: Track patient progress and report any changes to the medical team.

• Safety: Follow safety procedures to protect patients from harm.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatments.

General Nurse Qualifications:

• Nursing License: Valid RN license in the state where you'll be working.
• Compassion: Kind, caring, and able to work well with others.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and their families.
• Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Willingness to Learn: Open to learning and following safety rules and procedures.
